Happy Spring (cake)!!
For the last month, I've been taking another cake class.... this time to learn how to make fondant cakes and this time with a friend (Meghann). It was much more fun that way. Fondant cakes are pretty easy and they turn out better in the end (compared to normal frosting), but they are more time consuming, which I was hoping would NOT be the case. I guess that just means I need to have a lot of practice so I can get faster at it.
Anyway, here's the final product....

I love fondant cakes! They look so awesome! Too bad fondant isn't as tasty... You are so amazing in your cake skills! The class would be so fun!
