Records

We've broken a lot of our own records lately:

We have officially lived in this house - our little duplex - longer than any other residence
#1. Basement apartment in Logan: 7 months
#2. House on the island in Logan: 1 year, 8 months
#3. Sagewood apartment #107 in AZ: 9 months
#4. Sagewood apartment #207 in AZ: 9 months
#5. Apartment in Fort Collins: 1 year
#6. Duplex in Fort Collins (CURRENT): 1 year, 9 months (with plans to sign another year contract this summer -- hurray for NOT moving!!)

We have also lived in Fort Collins longer than any other city in our marriage
Logan: 2.3 years
Glendale: 1.7 years
Fort Collins: 2.8 years

I have held my current job longer than any other job I've had, by a long shot! (besides working for my dad, but that was more like fun-hang-out-time-with-my-dad-while-filing-papers rather than an actual job)
Cafe Sabor: 9 months
Del Sol: 5 months
Firehouse Pizza: 10 months
ASC Medical Billing: 9 months
Thunderbird: 9 months
Olive Garden: 4 months
State Farm: 7 months
Timnath Elementary: 2 years!!  (Well, by the end of the school year it will be, anyway)

I'm just soooo happy to finally be in a house/city/job that I'm completely content with and have no desire of finding something better, for the time being.

Although, as of just recently, I have decided to quit my job as secretary at Timnath Elementary (after the school year is over, of course) and stay home with our baby.  This was a surprisingly difficult decision for me to make and I'm still very sad about leaving my Timnath family, but I do think it's the right decision for me.  Being secretary of an elementary school had always been my "dream job" (and I wish I could have started it much sooner than I actually did, but that's just not how life worked out and that's OK) but now I'm off to my "dream career" of being a stay-at-home mom.  I feel extremely lucky that this is an option for me at this point in our lives, and I can't wait to get started!!

Yay for breaking so many records! And yay for being happy where you're at right now. You forgot about one of your jobs.. catering at usu! How long was that one? Sad that you won't be working at your dream job anymore, but it will be well worth it!

I love breaking records! I can't believe how many jobs and apartments you've had. It's great to experience new things, but it's also good to feel stable and do things you're used to and like.

It was fabulous to see you at the baby shower and see first hand how well pregnancy looks on you....all cannot say that! Happy for your love of life and contentment with your current choices.

How does a girl like me get so far behind on keeping tabs on my favorite person. I need to view blogs from my smart phone, while I am laying in bed, instead of just looking at Instagram I only blog when I sit down to my computer, and I need to maximize on having a smart phone, duh! Anyways, your life has more adventures than I would even know what to do with. You are always up to some grand event or another. I hope you will always stay current on your blog and current on your blog book. I literally just finished my 2008-2009 blog book, like twenty minutes ago. I printed it off and am giving it to myself for Mother's Day. Two years down, only four more to go :/ Help me Rhonda!! THAT'S why I am not good at keeping up on blogs, it's SO overwhelming, but so worth it!
