Mountain biking is fun.
So I've just discovered that mountain biking is quite fun, especially when you have an awesome bike! We just got ourselves each a new mtn. bike as a present to each other for our anniversary. I was a little worried at first about spending so much money on bikes when I didn't even know if I was going to like this hobby. So, today was our first ride together and thankfully I loved it! The ride up was hard, but a great work out and the ride down was a blast! I tried to go fast and keep up with Brod, but sometimes it got so rocky and bumpy I thought I was going to lose control if I went too fast (However, my butt didn't feel the bumps at all-- it's so awesome to have shocks in the front and the back!) Hopefully I'll get better, but I'm glad to know that I'll get some good use out of my bike!

Its so fun to have hobbies you both enjoy. I'm glad you'll have that free (once they're paid for) fun thing to do together in AZ while Brody's in school and you don't have a lot of money :) Why don't you have your cool biking gloves on in the pict?
What a good little wifey to do this sport with your hubby, and then to go ahead and enjoy it! Mt. Biking is something I've never had an interest in. Maybe it's cause the mt. bikes I've been on are more like huffy bikes with thick tires. I know myself, and I know I would wipe out! So I'll stick with road biking, even though the risk is a car wiping me out, yikers.
So glad to see you wearing helmets! Keep up the good work.
I am scared to death of mountain biking! I'm impressed you'll do it. I worry about hitting a rock and flipping over my handle bars, or breaking too hard and flipping over my handle bars. You're very brave.
