Since Brody hit the big one this year (30, guys, 30!!) we decided to go somewhere fun so he could do something he loves -- rock climbing -- on the big day. My family decided to join in the fun since Jess and Brad would have been the only ones left to celebrate Thanksgiving with. It sure is weird having both of my brothers gone! We decided Moab would be a great place to climb (even in November) and it was an equal distance away for us in Fort Collins and the rest of the fam in Logan.

On Saturday (Brody's birthday) he and I spent the day climbing while the rest of the fam hung out with Evan.

Ahhh- sad Evan face. I don't like seeing that. This trip was so much fun! I'm so glad we could help Brody turn 30! Thanks for being willing to drive so far to spend 4 days with us!! And thanks for taking such great pictures to document our amazing time.
This trip was so much fun! I wish we could go back. I loved everything about it so much! That sleeping picture of Evan is the best.. those cheeks!!!
